273 engine

I have a 273 engine dated 1964. missing exhaust manifolds, water pump, dist. and carb. I'm not sure what it might be worth so I'll ask $300.00 or make me an offer. I can get numbers and pics. if anyone has any interest tomorrow. I would prefer not to ship but can deliver to fall fling or it can be picked up in Escondido CA.
