1969 dodge dart strip-street

absoluty beautiful 69 dart. this car is more like a show car than a race car. 3 years from new paint and restoration. very straight body with aar fiberglass fenders and rear deck. hood is a 4" cowl induction that is carbon fiber. replated bumpers, new tail light bezels, restores headlight bezels (from king of trim $600.00 for the pair), all the window mouldings were polished and vent wings recromed. new rubber thru out. paint was 2 stage ppg. glass is nice with new windshield. the interior has plush carpet, new headliner, aluminum mini tubs and anlinum tin work and door panels. 10 point 1-5/8 chromoly cage (current nhra cert). kirky aluminum seat. auto meter gauges, removable steering wheel, b&m shifter ele. operated by the msd 7AL-3. new biondo mega 450 delay box with CO-2 bottle to operate the deedenbear throttle stop. the engine is a new build with less than a year from completeion. it's a 528ci aluminum world block, callies 4.150 crank, eagle 7.100 rods with L-19 bolts, je 12.1 flat top pistons with lateral gas ports, 4.500 bore. heads are edelbrock max wedge with ty retainers and isky toolroom springs. cam is a comp roller spected by Dwayne porter, 700 lift and 280° @ .050 on intake and 286° @ .050 on the exhaust. lifters are .180 offset from brian at IMM. rockers are t&d 1.6 and manton stage 5 3/8's pushrods. super victor intake with 1050 dominator. jesel belt drive with mezairre water pump and moroso vac pump. 2" proparts headers to ulta flow mufflers (quiet). all motor parts were brand new on this build. trans is a mikes glide and was new when the engine went in. jw bell housing with 5500 converter. also has mikes trans brake. rear end is a 9" with a strange aluminum 3rd member with 430 gear. 35 spline spool and currie axles. 1350 u-joints. wildwood rear disc. chromoly ladder bars with Penske double adjustable coilovers. rear tires are housier 10.5 w x 29.50. the front end is a chromoly tubulat double a-arm with front mount rack & pinion (flaiming river) borguession u-joints. the spinle steering arms are a work of art as I believe you will never see a set as nicely done as them. (way to cost effective). strange double adjustable coilovers, wildwood disc. 10 gallon alumn. fuel cell and dual batteries. this car was built to be my street car, but I guess I got a little carried away. it has very few runs on the car since completion and it's best 1/8th time was 5.90 @ 116 mph. it will run 9.30's ato low 9.40's in the 1/4. it went faster than I thought it would, that's why I put the throttle stop on it to slow it down to 6.40 in the 1/8th. that equates to 10.00 in the 1/4. there was no money held back on this car, and it shows. very detailed. it is currently registered and on non op. can be made to be streetable with out too much work. located in so. cal. $32,500.00
