1965 Dodge Dart Charger

Today I took of the rear outer bolts holding the bumper brackets. As you can see the brackets were silver zinc from factory. At least on my Los Angeles built car. The bolts were black phosphate and the orange thing I'm not sure what the name is.

Any FABO member out there having a clue??
