Welcome Mads, I have a 72 Duster, and like Dartnut and cudavert stated I was very surprised how large the trunk space was. My daily driver is a 1996 Chrysler LHS and in comparison to the Duster I would say the trunk volume is very similar in capacity. Your wife should not have any problems with the Stroller (Trolley) fitting in there.
