Even some info for slant owners. The 64-65 slant tranny has the same internal upgrades for the V-8, so is stronger than 63- models.

I wondered what the unused holes on the kickdown bracket were for. Very clever. The 15 ft-lb torque on exhaust manifold bolts sounds wimpy, but they stress it so I will follow. I doubt we requires the special left exhaust gaskets w/ heat shield for new silicone plug wires, but it does give the classic look. They even show the lower exhaust braces (often missing) that many of us recently learned of on this site.
