ok i was able to get a summit 750 vac secondary for now (borrowed). I called 4secondsflat.com and talked to them about my set up and got this for recomendations:
Q series 650 mech secondary with airbleed modified
they also recomend a vac Dizzy, said the pro-billet i have does not match my cam specs.
according to them i will not be able to get the right tunning with what i have.
i have been getting so many different sugestions i honestly dont know what direction to go.

This is one of the most retarded things I have read in a long time....Your MSD distributor is a VERY nice piece and VERY tune-able....spending money on a new DOWN grade is ludicrous. Let me guess, the person you were talking to was willing to rob you...I mean, sell you this down grade right?

650 carb on a big block...awesome.....For what its worth, my old mild 360 combo picked up 3 tenths and 3 MPH when I switched from a 650dp to a 750dp (Proform main body swap)....and you will be feeding more cubes....

Slap your borrowed 750 carb on, set your timing and go test it :violent1:
