Discount Tire just lost my business

What is more dangerous, Them balancing my tires or allowing me to drive around on tires that are seriously out of balance.
If is lawsuits they are worried about, How about if after they refused me service I get on the freeway to go home and a single car accidents happens as a result of driving on seriously out of balance tires.

That's the problem, there are two sides to the coin and business has to decide what is right for them. I bet you and most people would be singing a different song if he would have balanced them and god forbid you have a failure and hurt/kill yourself or some innocent family. Seems to be human nature. Drive around town with bad, dangerous tires, but when the first guy tells you there OK, everyone else is a money grubbing a-hole trying to rip you off and your never going to do business again with them. If it were my shop, I would pass on the 35 bucks and send you packing also.
