340 exhaust manifolds

What's the difference between the first and second gen 340 manifolds? (The cutoff year is 72 I think?)

First gen had a triple branch passenger manifold, not a common log. Driver is about the same, maybe a little smoother exterior on top, no heat shield bosses.
