Get yourself some bending tools. "They" make springs which go 'round the outside, I've never used 'em
In a previous life I maintained HVAC/ R and have Imperial benders which are expensive, BUT THEY WORK
I don't remember, Lisle or KD or someone makes a plastic bender that works OK so long as it's not heavy hydraulic (hi press) or stainless. Also, whether the tube is tempered / annealed (rigid or soft) is, well, a big deal
