Putting the car on a diet

It looks like XV does make a few things for the A body.

The B body aluminum K member looks like it's sold with their Level II front suspension as an entire coil over, dual wishbone kit.

$5500 for it. I've got to admit, that is extremely tempting, even though it doesn't look close to original equipment. Power rack and pinion steering...

It doesn't say on their website, what kind of weight advantages you see, over an original system, but it's still amazing. Aluminum double wishbone rack and pinion...

I'm not terribly concerned about handling, though. I know it will improve drastically, but that wouldn't be the reason I'd want it. I'm not going to obliterate this car around curves. I've got smaller cars for that.
