8.25 build

Parts ordered and will be shipped tomorrow! Cass (Doctor Diff) set me up with gears, master install kit, and 29spline track lok carrier. 29 splines axles will be ordered in two weeks. Next up is remove pinion and axle bearings/seals then clean and prep housing for new parts.
