Advice on removing AC from a 400 Big block engine

I guess I knew it wasn't going to be the cheap and easy way. Im going to start to make a list on what I need and I'll list it here to see if I missed anything. hopefully I can get the extra $ to afford everything... unless I hit another project or some home improvement. :D
