W2 headed 340...wiw?

I was wrong, it is a 416, I don't know who did the work but it is in a car I am considering trading for, it is complete carb to pan with headers and msd dist, I just don't have any use for an engine that isn't pump gas friendly but don't want to put too much money in it either, I do appreciate the opinions, that's what I love about this site
