1965 Dodge Dart Charger

"The tejp that holds the wiring harness for the shifter seems to be some kind of wowen style. Does anyone know if this tejp can be bought? "

Did it originally have adhesive on it? If so I bought some at the local hardware store. I forget the correct name for it but can look when I get to the shop.
