when should oil be changed after breakin

I drop the break in oil right afte the cam break in. Then I recommend it be dropped again at 100 miles.

................I do the same....then at 500 mi then every 1000 mi there after......an older gentleman once told me...."oil is cheaper than iron".................kim........
