If it was freshened and had some slips or pulls that would get it real money. Otherwise it's whatever you feel comfortable with paying. If the car runs and drives, drive it and settle on a figure. If it was sitting at a swap meet I'd be looking to pull the valve cover and pan to give anything with 4 figures.
