4 speed shifter problems need help here

1. Shifter mechanism has a hole to align all the shifter plates. Get a drill bit and push it through the shifter,with all the plates lined up.
In your pic 2, you can see the hole.

2. Make sure all levers are in neutral.

3. Look at the diagram,and follow it to a T.
