4 speed shifter problems need help here

Old man Mopar showed you 2 pics.
First pic is of a standard A833.
Second pic is a overdrive 833.
Notice how the forward shift plate is reversed.
Unless you have an OD trans,follow the first pic,or the diagram I gave you.
