cam selection for my 360 in my dart!

Damnit well everyone I'm gonna check into the lunati cams I won't be doing solid cam so stock rockers it is for now. And lol the amc 20 axle I bought was out of a 87 Wagoneer it's temporary I'm using the leaf springs though until I find a 8 3/4 with 3:55 or 3:91s I'm golden how big of a lift can I go on stock iron heads before it's an issue? I was told around 520 range if it's true.
