New guy to big block world, need a 400HP 383 Recipe

I have every nut and bolt to assemble what could be a 500 HP 383 with the right heads. All machine work done, KB400 pistons, standard steel crank, all rings, bearings ready to assemble and I am probably not going to be able to use it.
