1965 Dodge Dart Charger
Thanks Keith, Dan and all you guys that has commented the locking strip. I will do measurements when I get home from work but what I know of there were the same locking strip on all Mopars except the onces Dan mentioned. We will see how it turns out later today!
I stopped by Emils place (Metal Madness) and he had done a great job on the fuel tank. The corners and all are like factory did it. However one dent was missed so he will pick it up on Wednesday and have it done until next weekend.
That itself is great news cause after calling several companies here in Sweden re ni-terne coating I found out it's not legal here due to a EU law. But alot of the companies had some reference with a company in St Paul, Minnesota. I need to get in contact with them.
It seems that the ni-terne coating is a two step procedure;
1. The steel it self is treated with a thin coating of electrodeposited nickel.
2. Then the product itself is given a hot-dip lead-tin alloy coating.
That is the coating that I need to have done on the gas tank and the fuel filler neck.
