Do you have any literature on that? I've literally tore apart dozens of motor homes (specifically for the 440) and never once saw a 2 barrel. Ive owned over 100 440s, no 2 barrels. I've seen adapters that allow a 2 barrel carb to be bolted on to a 4 barrel manifold.
