1965 Dodge Dart Charger
I blast today. Mounting the front fenders as well as adding the front valence panel was ton of fun! They have done a superb job. All I had to do was to bring all the restored nuts and bolts.
The front of the front fenders was tight when I got the car but I can see why. The spot welds has not lined up correct so there is a tighter front compare to what I should have been.
Michael and Togga have sprayed the lower body with the greenish primer. They over sprayed the rear area of the car. Reason is simply that after coming up from the second layer of primer the car vent up to pretty high above the grund and that gives the car a big angle and due to that there should be more drippings at the back of the car compare to the front!
The front valence was superb in fitting properly. Now there is a gap of 7,24" all the way which means that there will not be the usual sagging in the middle of the hood due to closing the hood too hard.
I ordered the body sealing today so I can pick it up and do the sealing on Monday after work!
