Edelbrock 1400, 600 CFM 4bbl Carb

Edelbrock 1400, 600 CFM 4bbl Carb with an electric choke. Just came off a buddy's car a couple of weeks ago. Ran great but he was having some trouble with the choke. Not sure what though. Carb is complete and everything moves the way it should.
