Urgent for itunes users

It almost sounds like you have downloaded a virus! I spent yesterday arguing with some moron in India named Kieth Obrien?? I called the Microsoft help line, they wanted 200.00 US to fix my Win 8 problem. I finally did a clean install and got to the right person in the USA and I'm good to go now. I will be using Linux Mint from now on, these companies forget you once they have your money.
