One of the main reasons Peyton and the Broncos put up such good offensive numbers this year is that there isn't really any tough defenses in the AFC, so they really didn't have any experience playing at that level.

Exactly.....they had not faced a defense as athletic as Seattles....they had Manning constantly moving his feet....they were hitting receivers hard....I will say Denver looked out of it...but cmon The defense was way more dominant than anyone could have imagined.....I don't think Denver could have beaten either The Seahawks or the 49ers...the NFC west is going to be dominant for a few years....plus you have St louis on the cusp along with a good Cardinal team.....
