The factory ground between the fuel line and the fuel tank sendeing unit seems to have been silver! The ones I have seen Before were all blach phosphate. Any one seen them in silver?
I had a '70 Challenger a few years back and replaced the ground strap on it. I'm almost 100% sure I bought the replacement at the local Dodge dealer and it was a silver color.
If you can't find one I can ask my parts guy to see if they are still available. Mine looked just like the one you pictured. It could have been a different length but I doubt it.
