1965 Dodge Dart Charger

Last time I checked, the fuel sender ground clip/strap is still available from Chrysler under p/n 2258 862. Most of the ones I've ever seen have been "underbody color" (compacted dirt/dust/undercoating/rust)!

As for the wheel welds, I would think (but don't know for certain) that the welding was done before the chrome plating.

I agree on the handbrake bracket: body colour.
