Decoding fender tag

My first Mopar! I hear that the fender tag tells all. Can anyone tell me how to get the information on how this car came from the factory?
Here is a picture I took today of the fender tag.
I looked on the internet, but some did not come up, EN2, U , and others, can anyone tell me exactly how this Mopar rolled off the lot? Thanks
