Column or Aftermarket Console shifter?

How are you going to drive it? Race it or just cruise it? Or a little of some and a lot of another? It's hard to answer a question when very little information of the intended use is given.

A shifter only makes a car faster because it can help you not miss a gear. Accidentally shifting into neutral at high rpm is pretty hard on an engine so a positive action shifter can conceivably save your engine. Just something else to ponder
