New torsion bar trouble

This might be the same issue I had on my 73 dart .Everything was replaced on my suspension but my passenger side torsion bar was having simmilar issues that yours is having . Look at your torsion bar cross member and see if anybody messed with the sockets that keep the ends of the torsion bars . If it looks like it was cut and rewelded . Compare them both . See how they are clocked .
