Twin Snorkel Hood Scoop

I have been UA. Sorry. I actually shaved down the hood scoop and made it fit nice, but in the shaving process some of the anchor nuts were sticking out. I was able to remove them. Now I am trying to figure out how to replace them. Also I have heard that when you paint fiberglass the paint does not keep.
