Reilly on the otherhand, well he answers phone calls and will talk to you about it, not to mention he makes the parts for mopars specifically.

yeah, I get what you were saying. I was just saying the QA1's are high quality as well. now on the CS I couldn't say. I have used a lot of their products and never had to call them for anything. hopefully I won't need to if their CS stinks that bad.
