Lokar Kickdown adjustment questions

I've been doing the same thing on mine. Re read the instructions and did it that way and it shifts about 10-15 and 30-35 now. Not sure what the trans end looks like or what adjustments are down there (bought the car with the cable already installed), but it seems much better now. Before, the shifts were about the same mph wise, but were seriously firm (like chirp the tires firm on the 1-2). Drives much nicer now.
