How to fix this leak? Rear diff 8 1/4

I have a 8 1/4 rear diff in my 68 dart. The diff is out of a 73 duster.

It seem to be leaking some oil through the front where the drive shaft connects to the diff. It just creates a puddle right there after driving

What is leaking, and how do I fix it?!?!
