Well, first things first. It's not all that rare. Secondly, it's not all that good. They were made mostly for looks. They can be made to run ok, but they can always be beat the snot out of by a good single carburetor. Is it a D64 or a D66? They are both the same except the D64 is for the early 273 heads with the different intake bolt angle.
