Hmmm....never thought of a spark plug boot....will try it next time I go out side..

Google MS25171 and see if you can find a size you like and order it from Aircraft Spruce.

If the spark plug boot does not work I will look into this. Man down the road is a retired FAA inspector...he recently rewired one of his planes....he might have a boot or two.....his son runs a plane repair shop in a local airport....might need to go visit Tony as well.....Thanks fellows...
