Urgent for itunes users

At this point it really couldn't hurt anything if it does not work for some reason.
It's also possible that after you copy that file into wherever Itunes needs it to be, that Itunes will move to complain about the next file that is missing.
Seen it before a bunch when a program is damaged.

no I got pretty far up the ranks in apple when I called in, was on the phone for three hours. I ended up getting to a tech manager and he had me do some logs which he sent to "the engineers" to find a fix. this was a month ago that he said someone would call back. Problem is I cant install any other programs with it missing as I get the same error.

when I get home I will get you some print screen's and email you the log and see what you think if you want.
