vin number lineup for 1969. There were no post cars for 69 and it was the debut year for "swinger"

when the vin number starts with:

LS23 = GTS
LP23 = GT
LH23 = Custom
LM23 = swinger 340
LL23 = swinger (usually slant six and cheapo trim)
