Does anyone know any history on this car

power wash all the grease and oil off it and take it and have it soda blasted inside and out. then a nice flat black epoxy primer inside and out and you're done. rewire and put a mild big block in it and you'll have a easy 9 second hotrod. a grumpy big block and it'll go low 8's if not high 7's.
