Brand new slicks
Some cars don't require rim screws. When the tire shop mounts them, ask them not to use the goo to help it over the rim. That stuff will make it slide all over. Our car was pulling 1.25 60 ft times and the tires moved very little.
As for tubes they aren't really needed either although the tire pressures seem to stay more steady with less air loss. They are kinda heavy though. I've heard that Goodyear doesn't even have tubes for their tires.
