727 lockup transmission information

I spoke with A & A Transmission and they said these are good being a regular 727 but they have a pump to lock up the torque converter which happens around 35 - 45 MPH BUT the good news is that they can provide a higher stall converter 2200 -2400 that will work on the tranny without the converter lock up feature it would be like a regular torque converter for around $400 not to bad
