I have struck out on searches and on other forums so I am looking for help from my peeps.

2006 Mega Cab 1500 4x4

Issue:
Intermittent RED brake light and occasional slight Canary singing from 5-30MPH and slight pull to the left.

I have changed both front wheel hubs.
Changed both rotors, calipers, and pads.
Replaced the rear wheel speed sensor.
Rotated all of the tires more than once
Two alignments
Parking brake has no play
Fluid levels ok.

I have not changed the rear pads or rotors yet
Nor the rear parking brake shoes

What is left? vacuum to booster? brake control by pedal?

any help would be great.

My guess, left front fluid hose failed internally causing residual pressure.
Just a guess

I agree with RedFish Replace the rubber lines and see how it goes.

I have been having the same problems with the same truck. The slow speed singing went away when I changed the pads (only part used) from a store brand to Raysbestos. I still have the slight pull and the intermittent brake light. If you try the hoses will you please post your results.

thanks for the help.
if it is not to much money I am going to check the line to the brake booster. change that valve to it. and check all the brake lines.
I did read something about a brake control module under the steering column.
Scamp I will let you know what I find.

Well I had a fun weekend with the brakes. my friend and I drove 250 miles to go get a project car and on the way back heard a loud heard a loud pop sound puled over to investigate an found a half a tie down strap. We associated it with the sound and got back on the access road. Had a guy pull out on me as I was getting up to 55MPH, I locked up the brakes (no brakes on trailer) and hop slid to a stop at inches from this knuckle head. Got going again and started to hear a clunking sound as we went over bumps. Stopped again with a good idea of the issue. Upper caliper bracket bolt was gone. Long story short drove an extra 50 on 3.5 brakes and luckily found a replacement with 10Min to spare. fun fun time
