Edelbrock heads Vs Jheads

Like everyone else, I think the J heads are way overpriced. Before I would even consider those J heads, I would buy a set of 308's off of a 89-91 360. Most people think the 308 heads from the factory flow better on the exhaust side than the J heads. With mild porting to the intake side and 2.02's installed, they will outflow stock J heads on the intake side as well. Best news is that a set of 308's are pretty easy to get, pretty cheap 100 bucks for the pair (hit the junkyards or CL, might get the whole motor for 250) and they already have the hardened seats for todays gasoline.
