Just installed over center spring, pedal acting funny

So this is what's going on with my clutch pedal. I would like to really figure out this issue because it's just undriveable with this sticky clutch pedal. It behaved better without the over center return spring but I know it needs it with my lever style clutch. Is the spring maybe installed backwards? Does it make a difference?

I'm also uploading pictures of my adjuster rod, I don't know if it's to short or what, I've gotten the throw out bearing pretty close to the clutch levers but not as close as I believe they should be.

Any help would be appreciated.
