Hi all!
Yesterday I decided to convert my Duster to disc brakes in the front. I was sure I had all I needed for the job so I took the front wheel off and started taking all apart.
After taking all the drum hardware off I realized that I have 9" spindles :-(
I was sure I have 10" brakes cause I have LBP wheels. This is my first A-Body car so I had no idea that my drum brakes are not 10" by just looking at them.
So I need a new spindles... Can anybody tell me which ones apart form obvious A-Body v8 car drum brake spindles?
Will the 62-72 B-Body 10" drum spindle work for me?
Is there a way to use SBJ with some ball joint adapter?
Will lower ball joints fit?
