valves ticking i think

I'm gonna try adjusting them cold its hard with the engine on. I thought I had them adjusted but a few went back to ticking. I have one rocker that won't shoot oil out I'm thinking of taking them completely of and cleaning them. I had wheezing on the middle intake but seemed like it was adjusted correctly. I'm new to it but I'll keep going till I get it.
