Man that was so cool!!
Couldn't make the 2 hour trip to get Fern.
Many different reasons including a car hauler with a bad pinion bearing.
So Dr. Dart, the current owner of Fern drove her and delivered her to us to us!! Man, that was sooo cool Dr. Dart. THANK YOU!!!!!!!
So Fern is back home after all.
Funny thing is that when we first purchased her years ago the current owner back then drover her to us when we bought her without test driving her. Now Dr. Dart was nice enough to deliver her this time with no test drive again! Just showed up in our driveway on Memorial Day at 10AM, we paid for her, and she was ours again.

So glad to have her back with us, we really missed her since selling her back in 2011. She has 700 more miles and a lot of new parts on her too. All new front end parts 4 new shocks, new brakes, muffler, distributor, regulator, fuel pump, radiator, wires, plugs, hose, and belts too. Yesterday I topped oil and coolant off and greased all the new front end pieces, then took her for a drive!
She has a bad front end rattle noise when she hits bumps, but has all new front end. Does anyone have any ideas on what the rattling noise might be?
Well sorry we didn't get to go on a trip together but very glad Fern is back home again.:cheers:
