440 EZ-325 CNC Questions
It really depends upon who you have prepare the cylinder heads.
The 295 and 325 CNC ported EZ heads from Indy will require external oiling and the 325 CNC heads require offset rocker arms. Hughes does an EZ head that doesn't require external oiling that compares to the 295 CNC. We've done EZ heads that flow with the 325 EZ heads and don't require the external oiling or the offset rockers that that the 325 requires. Our EZ heads made 590 HP on a 10.3:1 440 and a XE285HL cam. Slipped in a solid roller, ground in 1968, and the 440 w/ the EZ heads made 658 HP.
We used our ported Edelbrock RPM cylinder heads on a pump gas 451 stroker and made 787 HP. The Stealths will do the same thing properly prepared.
The Indy EZ heads have the greatest potential of the three heads.
