440 EZ-325 CNC Questions

If you are not ready to spend about 5 grand I would stick to a non max wedge head with a sub 300cc. Run a head that uses non offset rockers.
If you want to spend the cash for race heads (440-1 bang for the buck) IMO you would do better making a new short block for the bigger race heads.
